| Prerequisite |
Certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water or PADI Advanced Plus Diver, or have an equivalent rating with experience in deep diving and underwater navigation. Be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or have an equivalent rating. Must complete and logged at least 20 dives as documented by the individual's personal log book. Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the PADI Divemaster training. Must submit to the instructor medical clearance for diving by physician, attesting fitness for diving. The medical clearance must be current within the previous 12 months. The physician signing the form cannot be the individual. Must log at least 60 dives prior to completion of the course. |
